  • A clean open area is ideal. Each set-up measures approximately 3 1/2 feet wide by 6 1/4 feet long. We'll collaborate with you to design the optimal configuration for your event, whether it's arranged in aisles, a semicircle, or a lineup.

  • First select a theme. Then select a package. Once a package is selected, all items within that package are listed. Our set-ups will match what is shown in the pictures.

    On the day of the event, we will arrive in the afternoon to handle the entire setup. The following day, we'll return to take everything down and collect all the items that were provided. Simple as that!

  • Our Glitz team does not move furniture or clutter. We kindly ask that the designated area be cleared of all furniture and free of debris before our arrival.

    Any delays will be billed at $50 per 15-minute increment. If we need to move any furniture, $100 will be deducted from your deposit.

  • All items in the set-up are for rent only, unless otherwise specified. However, if you wish to keep any of the toys or pillows, please inform us, and we can arrange this for an additional fee.

  • Nope! That’s part of our service. You don't have to worry about a thing.

    We handle the delivery, set-up, takedown, and pickup. Plus, we take care of all the washing and sanitation.

  • Absolutely, be sure to mention this in your inquiry so that we could include it in your quote.

  • Our priority is to provide a safe and efficient setup. For a standard party, we recommend allowing 1-2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown, depending on the number of tents in your package, the location, and the theme.

  • The more the merrier! We understand last-minute additions can happen. We will do our best to accommodate these requests based on availability and inventory. If a tent needs to be removed at the last minute, that's okay too, but the original booking fee will still apply.

  • Glitz n Glamp does not provide refunds for cancellations, but we can reschedule events in case of emergencies. If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to offer another date based on availability.
